Cancelations and reschedules

Once your appointment is confirmed there are not cancellations.

In order to reschedule you should do it at least 72 hours before your session, this should be done within a month and upon availability.

Booking fee is not refundable and if you request to reschedule your session in less than 72 hours, you’ll have to pay another booking fee since, the spot that we reserved exclusively for you would be lost.

Reschedules can only be made once and are not suggested for Newborn Sessions since these are time sensitive and we may not have another spot available.

In the case of Newborn Sessions, we suggest to book in advanced using your due date. Parents are responsible of letting us know as soon as their baby arrives so we can make the arrangements to put them on schedule.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Risk of Injury

EJAM Photography always prioritize the safety and health of all clients. All decisions will be made with the safety of your family in mind. Ultimately clients are to be held fully responsible for the safety of their children regardless of location. The EJAM Photography studio contains equipment that can be tripped over and wires on the floors that are connected to the photography equipment. There is a risk of tripping and being injured by falling equipment, especially with small children. The client takes responsibility for the safety of him/herself and of all individuals present for the photo session and agrees to not hold EJAM Photography responsible for any injuries that may occur regardless of location.

Images

The client has 15 days to select the pictures that are going to be edited. Once this time frame is reached and if we have not received any selection, we will take it as the clients being happy with the gallery sent and no further submissions will be accepted. The final product will be ready on up to 15 days from the time you select your pictures. These images should not be altered with filters by the client.

By purchasing any of our packages the client accepts that the pictures belong to EJAM Photography, and those pictures could be used on our website, social media, promotions or contests under EJAM Photography discretion. Client will not be compensated for any of the usages described above. Names and contact information of our clients is protected and not share without client consent.

Due to the weather, willingness of subjects or mood of the subject it may not be possible to capture all of the images requested.

If subjects are unwilling or uncooperative the photographer will not be held responsible. EJAM Photography will do the best to capture your child's personality whether it be posed or un-posed moments. However, it is the ultimately the parent’s responsibility to keep your children under control during the session. If your child chooses to constantly act up or be disrespectful, is uncooperative, will not stay in the photo area, or is crying the entire time, we may have no other choice but to stop the session. EJAM Photography, will however put forth every reasonable effort to finish a session. If the session is stopped due to this reason, there will be no refunds. If the gallery cannot be built out of any of the shots taken during the session, EJAM Photography reserves the sole right to decide if the session will be rescheduled. The reason for no refund is because this spot was reserved for you and you alone. Therefore, EJAM Photography is unable to book any other appointments during the time you reserved. In the case that you will need to re-book due to an uncooperative child, and the session was not decided for rescheduling by EJAM Photography, there will also be the standard $50 rescheduling fee due to the fact that everything needs to be set back up for your session and reserve another appointment date for you.

Add Ons

We know sometimes it is difficult to just pick a set amount of pictures, in case you want to add more to your final product, we charge $25+tax per extra edited picture.

In the case of our Newborn Sessions we include a few family pictures, however, in the case of wanting extra pictures just between siblings we charge $60+tax for 15 extra minutes and 2 extra pictures.

In the case of Newborn Twins our package remains the same but there is an extra fee of $100+tax.
